Take It All In | May 2018
There has been days where I just want to take in the world around me. I want to find secluded areas that don’t have many people. I want to be able to explore the world and see things that are away from people (well I do love the popular areas too).

I was on a walk with my boyfriend trying to find a place to take photos and we stumbled upon a secluded “pond”. It was of course in the middle of the National Mall but it had almost no people around. There were geese, ducks, and fish all around. It felt so peaceful.
When you live in/around a large city, it’s hard to remember to just take in the quiet. I’m glad I found a little area inside a city that just allowed me to do that.
Do you have an area in your city that allows you to escape?
I just moved to San Francisco a few months ago and am still looking to find my escape place 🙂 Although there are a lot of people here, it’s pretty easy to find streets that are somewhat secluded. There are so many beautiful houses here that I could lose myself just taking it all in.
